Thanks to all our beautiful brides for their great reviews! Here, we would like to share Caron & Michael’s feedback:

We recently returned from our fantastic wedding at Esperanza Resort and cannot thank Sarai Flores and her team at Signature Weddings enough for creating and orchestrating the perfect destination wedding. How many brides can say they didn’t have to worry the day of their wedding? Very few! From our very first meeting, I knew that everything would be coordinated beautifully, nothing would be forgotten, and I could just enjoy the best day of my life (truly the BEST day of my life). We literally handed her our wedding and let her work her magic. She exceeded our expectations!

Sarai has years of experience creating one-of-kind weddings and events and it shows! Her unique decor ideas (especially when we had none!) and excellent vendor suggestions were perfect in creating a beautiful and magical wedding of our dreams. Her attention to detail is amazing and she made the planning process a breeze. We always felt like we knew the status of our inquiries, and she always stayed on top of everything by maintaining constant communication with us. Sarai’s calm disposition helped ease the stress not only for us but also for our family and the wedding party. I still have people telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to–it meant so much to us to see our friends and family having such a good time. She planned several activities, dinners and transportation for our sixty guests over the entire weekend and I have to say that everything was FLAWLESS.

We would HIGHLY recommend Signature Weddings over and over again to any bride. Sarai and her team made sure that we truly enjoyed every moment. Our wedding day will always be the most cherished day in our hearts–it is such a wonderful memory and we will always miss working with Sarai. She takes a lot of personal pride and exudes passion when it comes to her work, which I don’t think is typical in the area. She really became a dear friend to us and we will miss working with her.

If you are considering hiring a coordinator, Sarai Flores and Signature Weddings is the ONLY way to go! It was the best decision we made during the whole process.

Real Weddings: Palmilla Resort

We are re-organizing our web site and blog, obviously we don’t want to loose these great reviews and feedback we got from our former clients, enjoy!

The location: O&O Palmilla, Los Cabos

# of guests: 100

Why a destination wedding? Jenny & Brant chose a destination wedding because they wanted their wedding to be small, intimate, special, beautiful, relaxed, and FUN! And Cabo was the perfect place for that!

Why Cabo? The couple chose Cabo because the travel is easy, and it has so many beautiful locations. “The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, but still classy and cool, which is exactly what we wanted.” Besides, they think people in Cabo are very friendly and they feel welcome and safe every time they come.

Accommodations: We arranged 2 “room blocks” for guests to have different options, one at O&O Palmilla and the other at Sheraton Hacienda del Mar.

The concept: Beautiful, elegant and modern are the words that best describe the ambiance. White flowers were selected for the ceremony and light pink peonies and green hydrangeas embellished the reception.

The vendors: Elena Damy was in charge of the floral design. A mariachi band was hired to perform during the ceremony, and the leading voice was the singer Sarah Fuselier, a friend of the family. The Kilometro Band livened up the party and kept guests dancing all night. Photographers Sam Schultze and Jeff Scott flew from the US to capture the wedding.

The ceremony: Jenny & Brant exchanged vows at South Beach, one of the most beautiful venues in Cabo. Reverend Will Smith flew from Texas to conduct the ceremony.

The rehearsal dinner: Cabo de Sol Club House was the perfect location for a memorable dinner full of moving speeches.

The challenge: Initially, it was finding the right venues for 3 functions, welcome cocktail, rehearsal dinner and wedding festivities. “If you are flexible with dates, it is not a problem, but if you have a short engagement and have a particular date in mind, like we did, it was a little challenging. All worked out beautifully though.” The other most difficult thing was organizing all the details for the transportation. This was definitely the most time consuming.

The reward: “The most pleasant part for me was having Sarai as my representative on site there in Cabo. There was no problem that was too big for her. It was such a relief to have Sarai to speak the language and to secure the best of everything from the musicians to the food selections. She was always available to Jenny and me and took care of our every need.”

While we wait to get the pictures of Daniel & Jillian’s amazing wedding, I would like to share with you the lovely review that they sent us. Their wedding celebration included 3 days of festivities at Las Ventanas resort.

I must start by saying that my husband and I had never been to Cabo prior to our wedding. We were pretty much flying blind until we met Sarai. From our very first conversation with her, we knew right away that we were in good hands and instantaneously knew that we could trust her with all of our wedding needs. Sarai was extremely professional and warm. She spent a good amount of time getting to know us as best she could over the phone before we even began to talk about the details. Sarai handled every detail from that point forward. She organized meetings and conference calls with the vendors and on many occasions represented us when we could not be present. She took great care in making sure our vision for the wedding and the wedding events were achieved. By the time we finally got to meet Sarai in person, we felt as if we had known her for years. She knew exactly what we wanted and how to articulate it to our vendors more eloquently than us (also in Spanish).

Sarai also guided us when we didnt know what we wanted. For example, we didnt know what colors we wanted or what the dcor of the dinning room should look like. This is where Sarai’s creative vision really shined. She pretty much took this on with little input from us. When I saw the room on my wedding day, I was blown away. From the draping of the walls to the table settings, it was more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined.

Our wedding was more of weeklong celebration with multiple events. We had a welcome dinner, an open bar event and the wedding. At each event Sarai was there every step of the way making sure all of the details were executed perfectly. She was there for us when ever we needed her. As the Cabo expert, she answered our questions and provided recommendations for places to eat and go out. Sarai was also there for our guests. She instructed me to put her cell phone number on the welcome itineraries so that our guests could contact her if they had questions or wanted to do some sightseeing in Cabo.

On our wedding day, Sarai handled everything from tipping vendors to fixing my hair at the reception. Sarai and her team made sure that the ceremony and the reception went perfectly according to plan. With Sarai there, I didnt have to worry about a thing and could enjoy my wedding stress free.

To call Sarai a wedding planner would be a huge understatement. She was our wedding everything and our wedding wouldnt have been the same without her. To say the least we highly recommend her!
