Why a destination wedding? Robby was a former guest of Palmilla hotel even before the resort became part of the O&O collection. Later on, he proposed to Wendy at the hotel’s chapel on Valentine´s day. It just seemed natural to exchange their vows at the hotel’s chapel, inviting their closest friends and family members to experience the luxury comfort of one of the best resorts in Mexico

Why Cabo? Very soon, Cabo became Wendy & Robby’s second home, they not only come countless times a year, but they now own a beautiful villa at the Pedregal, an exclusive residential area in Cabo San Lucas.

The vendors: We used mainly local vendors. Wendy was very involved during the creative process of the planning. Being a successful interior designer added a creative and unique style for her wedding. All catering was in charge of Palmilla Resort. Steve Lindsey, their exclusive Pastry Chef, wanted to surprise Robby by creating customized cup cakes with song notes as a décor. Robby is a professional musician and was thrilled by Steve’s creations.

The ceremony: Wendy & Robby worked on their own vows; Robby surprised Wendy signing his vows to her. Rev. Marco Arechiga upscale the moment by guiding the couple to a very personal and emotional ceremony.
